1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Aurea Ecosystem for the use of Aurea software applications. By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

Aurea grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the software on a single device per valid license key. The license is for your personal or professional use only.

3. License Activation

Each license key may be activated on one device at a time. The software uses device fingerprinting to verify legitimate use. License transfers to new devices require contacting support.

4. Restrictions

You may not: distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the software; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; modify or create derivative works; remove any proprietary notices; use the software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Aurea retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Content and Databases

The nutritional, herbal, and naturopathic databases included in the software are proprietary content. You may reference this content in your clinical practice but may not extract, republish, or redistribute the databases.

7. Updates

Aurea may provide updates to the software at its discretion. This EULA applies to all updates. Future major versions may require a new license purchase.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the software.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Aurea does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the practitioner.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurea shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
