By accessing or using Aurea Ecosystem software, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on a single device per license key. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. One-time purchases grant lifetime access to the current version. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
One-time purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the license key has not been activated, a full refund will be issued. Subscription services may be cancelled at any time. Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rata refunds.
All content, databases, software code, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Aurea Ecosystem. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.
Aurea Ecosystem provides clinical reference tools and educational content. The software does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Practitioners are solely responsible for clinical decisions made using the software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurea Ecosystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
