We use the following third-party services: Firebase (data storage and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and OpenAI (AI report generation for Aurea Professional). These providers have their own privacy policies.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. Practitioner client data is retained according to Australian health record requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
